What Is The Treatment For T-wave Abnormality Of The Heart And Strain Pattern?

Hi, may i know what abnormalities or what are the best treatment for this suspicious densities seen in both apices, heart not enlarged, diaphragm and sinuses are intact, bony thorax is unremarkable. That is the findings of xray. And the findings of ecg is sinus rhythym, lvh by voltage criterianwith nonspecific ST-T wave abnormality probably secondary to strain pattern and or schemia.
