Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
IBS with Colitis.
Cramps and mucus suggests accompanied infection causing colitis.
Blood in faeces could be from the Colonic Ulcers or could be from the Fissure in Ano from accompanied proctitis.
Small to large bumps in lower left side could be due to Retained feacal matter in the sigmoid colon.
Treatment-
Consult Physician for assessment of your case along with Surgeon.
Proctoscopy with Colonoscopy with Stool Ova Cyst would resolve the cause of your IBS.
Tab Ciplox OZ-1 x 2 times a day x 10 days
Tab Meftal Spas- x 2 times a day x 5 days
After recovery -Planned Surgical Treat for Fissure in Ano causing the Constipation.
Changed diet style and life style is the need of your case.
