Hello Welcome in H.C.M. Regarding your query concerned with your nasal problem as difficulty in breathing and recurrent cold, probably you are suffering from DNS (deviated nasal septum). As you have asked about it s treatment, so I would like to tell you that deviation of septum is corrected only by surgery i.e. Septoplasty. This is an intranasal operative proceedure may be performed under local or general anaesthesia. Usually the results are excillent. Further I would like to say that there is no medicine which can correct the bone and cartilage deviation. As you said that you are using nasivion nasal drops this is not going to correct your septal deviation , it only have decongestive role over congested and oedematous mucosa of nasal cavity and you may get temporary relief.
