What Is The Treatment For 3rd Nerve Paralysis In The Right Eye?
hi sir , my father is suffering from 3rd nurvs paralisyon right side eye.right eye top cover become out of working and eye ball of same eye become bij in size .please consult where i should treament my father. in jamshedpur ,jharkhand i already got treated from NEUROLOGIST DR.MN SINGH but no progress seems in last 2months.

oculomotor nerve paralysis can takes place any where from nucleus onward. it involves ocular muscle movement. treatment is Tobe done by neurologist. treatment is orthoptic and steroid. for you take your father to aims new deli.

Majority of these are because of medical problems like diabetes or hypertension.
These cases will usually recover by 3-6 months.
The treatment is by control of the underlying disease and use if multivitamins.
If the condition is not responding to treatment he requires evaluation by CT scan and neurological examination.
