What Is The Treatment And Side Effects Of Bilateral Mastectomies?

My name is Donna & I m 75 years old. I have had bilateral mastechtomies,(?) in 97 & 03. Since then I have observed that my rib cage is starting to stick out especially on the left side. I am less than 5 feet tall so my rib cage is very close to my pelvis. Do you think that is contected to my surgeries or is merely an orthopedic condition? Also is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal? Donna
