What is the top level for cholesterol? I have discovered mine is 4.5? What is considered high and what too low?

Your level is an acceptable one but if you could get down to 4 you would be pretty safe. Mine is 3 and has been for most of my adult life but then all m,y family is within the 3.5 to 2.5 band. It is hereditary. Have a happy and blessed Christmas.
