Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 51-year-old year old husband ejaculates without an erection. Sometimes he has a semi-erect penis and things go ok, but then the lack of erection is back. I'm 46, attractive and we are close. His sex drive has never been high. He also has ejaculated prematurely. My logic is blood flow is a problem but his brain is aroused so that's why he can still ejaculate. Or maybe he's not aroused in his mind. What could be the problem? So confusing.
