What Is The Swelling On The Tip Of The Penis With Red Bumps?

21 yr old male, hx of 2 sexual partners both clean, uncircumcized. Recent pain upon urinating with foul odor, started on bactrim and the day after began having swelling on tip of penis followed by tiny red bumps. Odor and pain still present. Tenderness on right pelvic area. What is it?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here the chances of infection is very likely, this can be managed in two ways, one is wait for some time this could go away without any treatment, second this can be treated with the antibiotic locally and orally too, and the best option in drugs is " Tab Doxycycline 100 mg" once in day for 10 days, and "Povidone ointment" locally, hope this information helps you have nice day.
