Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that you have been diagnosed to be suffering from what is called as Neurogenic Bladder .
This is a neurological disease where bladder does not contract and Pump out the urine outside making it necessary to do self intermittent catheterization (SIC)to empty bladder .
Unfortunately there are no medication that can cure this problem for forever and one has to do SIC to empty bladder .
