hello, i have a problem of semen leakage during sleeping after 3 days, 1 week or 2 week. my penis is swollen from down side it is also become short it is 4.5 inches long with full erection please tell me what should i have to do. how can i cure it and what medicines i should have to take. my age is 20 years i am suffering from 4 years from this disease.

I think this not a disease but normal physiological response of the body. There is constant semen formation in the body which drains out when stimulated in sleep because of dreams. Otherwise, masturbation can be done for this purpose. If the swelling is persistent, you should see your skin specialist.
