What Is The Substitute For Remylin D3 Which Was Prescribed For Diabetes And Neurological Problem In Foot?

Hello Doc I have been prescribed Remylin D3 by my doctor treating my diabetes and neurological problem in my foot.Now I am visiting Melbourne and will be here till mid January '14.I have exhausted my stock of this medicine and I am looking for a substitute here.Can you help me? Dear sir

It is a combination of three drugs
Methylcobalamine
Alpha lipoic acid
Folic acid

Some times tablets comes eith combination of pregabalin also.

So you can supplement with any of the tablets available
