my mother had a spot on her back and we could see something was in it . I got tweezers and squeezed it out it was about a inch ,it looks like it was squishy and it was brown and yellow .a couple days later something grow back in.she also has quite a bit of sunspots on her back could this be a sign of cancer

I am inclined to think of it as an abscess,it will open and then you should clean the area to prevent infection.use antibiotic cream in the area.
