What Is The Sore Lump In Front Of The Earlobe?
I have a small lump under my skin slightly above/.behind my jaw but right in front of my earlobe that developed over night so far as i know. it s not too tough but is kinda hard. a little sore too. it disapepars when i open my jaw and comes back out when my mouth is closed. any ideas?

It seems that there might be having bursitis of TM joint protruding when mouth is closed.
Consult oral surgeon or orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
