What Is The Solution For Shortness Of Breath And Chest Heaviness?

i am a 14 year old kid,and i am having trouble breathing.my chest feels tight and i feel like i cant breath right.i have bloating and gas.i have trouble breathing when im laying down as well as during the day.i feel like i am always outside my body like a dream.i get stomach pains as well as headachs.i was diagnossed with 5% asthma at 8.i have tingling in my hands and sometines my feet.to me my hart beats fast and i breath rather hard.Please help!

In my opinion you should first get done your chest x ray and PFT for diagnosing asthma and staging of the same.
