What Is The Solution For Popping Sensation And Pain In Wrist?

Hi my 10 year old daughter has had very bad pain in her right wrist and it makes a poping noise every time she moves it and she says it hurts but this time it did not pop but it hurts really bad but all the urgent cares are closed today what should i do for her

Hello

You can apply ice take rest,and use analgesic gel,crepe bandage.
Then consult doctor when available.

If at young age you are having low vitamin D then there is high possibility that you will have osteoporosis

Symptoms of vitamin deficiency include
Bone pain and muscle weakness. However, for many people, the symptoms are subtle. Yet even without symptoms, too little vitamin D can pose health risks.
