Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms may be related to a sinus infection. Do you have running nose or fever? Nevertheless, other intracranial causes (like a tumor, infection, etc.) can not be excluded. I would recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical exam and performing some tests: - a sinus X ray study - a blood work (complete blood count, inflammation tests).
