What Is The Solution For Pain In Forehead?

i have had terrible pains at the front of my head on the right, that have been that bad that it woke me last night and i can also smell burning rubber this has only happened the once last night. it was like someone was burning tyres in my house, i even checked!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms may be related to a sinus infection.

Do you have running nose or fever?

Nevertheless, other intracranial causes (like a tumor, infection, etc.) can not be excluded.

I would recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical exam and performing some tests:

- a sinus X ray study
- a blood work (complete blood count, inflammation tests).

A brain CT scan may be needed in case of an abnormal neurological examination.
