What is the solution for hair fall ?

Age : 36, Hight : 185cm, Medical history : as such no past history. As of now facing hair fall probleme.

*30-90hair fall per day is normal
*avoid stress,tensions and depression
*Use a good hair oil
*Avoid shampoos with high level of detergents
*take specific vitamin and mineral formula for hair eg Trichoton or Curlz
*get your cbp and Tsh test done
*Have adequate sleep
*drink plenty of water
*eat fresh leafy vegetables and fruits
If the problem persists even after following these simple guidelines then consult a Dermatologist

If you had any illness...?Sometime hair loss is for short time if it is due to some illness than it will recover.
Hair fall might be due to heredetary factor.
Start muti vitamin,anti oxident medicines under your physician's guidance.
Keep your hair clean,properly nourish with hair oil.
Don;t keep it dry for long gentle massage of oil on scalp.Take good healthy diet rich in protein,beta carotin.Drink more water and fruit juices.Avoid stress.Take proper sleep.Go for exercise regularly.
Certain hair creams and lotions are available to reduce the hair loss,consult dermatologist for better medical management.
