Weight gain and even diabetes may occur as a result of polycystic ovaries. You need to watch your diet and exercise to help control this. I cannot suggest a solution for the discharge until I know what it is. You need to have a pelvic exam from your GP and have the discharge investigated. Your GP can also advise you on the proper diet so you can lose weight and prevent diabetes. You do not give enough information to suggest a solution for the side pain. Talk to your GP and describe exactly where the pain is, what kind of pain you are having (for instance, sharp or burning or dull etc), how often it is happening, and if you notice anything that brings it on or causes it to go away. This can help your GP figure out what it is. Then he or she can give you the correct solution.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
