What Is The Solution For Diarrhea And Cramps?

Hi for the past 6 days I have been having diareah like cramping to the point that my mouth waters and I have to breath through the cramps before I have to have a bowel. Sometimes its hours before I do go or not at all. When I do go sometimes I have to strain. When I do pass a bowel its very loose. I am not sure if I should up the fiber or water?
