What Is The Solution For IBS And Hiatal Hernia?

I have IBS and a Hiiatal Hernia. I am also sixty-three years old. I am having an IBS flair-up.I am a female. My bowel movements are hot and so, too, is my urine. This is affecting my vaginal area thus making it raw and irritated. The doctor states that I have vaginal atrophy and vulvol non-specific bunring. Can the hot urine and bowel movements be caused by the gastrointestinal issues? The burning down below started three weeks ago when my IBS flare-up and hernia flare-up started. What can I do besides drink plenty of water?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear , hi

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* IBS management requires necessary antibiotics , pro biotics , proton
pump inhibitors , anti spasmodics according to the clinical severity .

* Hiatus hernia is best managed with conservative line of treatment with
medicines and life style changes ; if no response then surgery .

* The vaginal issues are not in relation with IBS , it is for sure from
vaginal atrophy .

Hope this clears your query .
Regards .
