hi doc . good day to you, if the urine culture has been diagnosed with occasional pus cells with no bacterial growth in culture for 55 day old male infant,( 5kgs normal delivery birth and he had a UTI detected at 22days of age earlier). What significance does such a report have now

Baby's urine report is absolutely normal.
Up to 5 pus cells in urine are normal /HPF.
However baby need clinical correlation.
