Hello and welcome to HCM,
Regular blood smear examination and bone marrow examination is done as a follow up of any lymphoma.
CLL/SLL are characterised by proliferation of small mature lymphocytes.
The presence of small lymphocytic clusters on bone marrow could be due to presence of lymphoma in the bone marrow.
However, for all practical purposes, a normal blood count and normal differential counts rules out the possibility of relapse.
However, if there is clinical suspicion of recurrence of CLL/ SLL; flowcytometry can be performed.

Thanks and take care
