As far i know there is no medicine to prevent hair loss. first the cause of hair loss should be diagnosed. if fungal infection of scalp, then then take a scarpin slide examine after staining. if positive use nizralsampoo but there is no guaranty that it will prevent hair loss. Now a days hair plantation is done which claim good result. Homeopathy medicine claim good result. regarding side effect of drug you are using, should enqueue from doctor who has prescribed the drug.
