What Is The Safest And Quick Method Of Losing Weight?

I need to loose at least 50lbs and have a VERY hard time loosing weight! What, in your opinion, would be a safe diet that works quickly??? Im tired of loosing 1/2 to 1 lb a week and working hard at it!! I need to see results quickly or I get very frustrated and want to give up!!!

Hello and thanks for your question. I am sorry to tell you this but there is not a safe way to lose weight quickly. What happens when you lose weight quickly is that you start losing muscle and that is not a good thing. The best diet is one that is full of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Exercise is a big piece of this and you need to be walking or doing other exercise for 30-60 minutes daily. If you restrict carbohydrates (sweets and starches) to 100 grams a day this will speed up your weight loss. Good luck to you.
