What Is The Risk To Foetus When Having High Blood Pressure In Pregnancy?

hi im 23, 30 weeks pregnant with my second child, i have pre eclampsia with my first which started at 36 weeks and was induced at 37 weeks, this time since 24 weeks my blood pressure has been high ranging from 140-150/80-100 my normal reading is usually 120/70, have been to docs once a week to check bp, im just worried on what will happen, what the chances are for me and my baby and what they might do as am confused about it all, thank you
