Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You have been on the right treatment for acne. While Minoz is minocycline which is an oral antibiotic for inflammatory acne.

Topical Microbenz contains benzoyl peoxide which is a topical antibacterial as well as keratolytic in microporous technology, to reduce irritation.

Deriva Cms gel is topical Adapalene+clindamycin gel. Adapalene is a first line treatment of acne, it is antiinflammatory, comedolytic and thereby cures as well as prevents the development of new acne.
