What Is The Right Kind Of Milk For One Year Old Child?
my baby recently turned a yra this month and i was feeding her enfamil formula but since she is a year now i changed her to 2% regular milk and she has been really constipated i was wondering what kind of milk i should switch her to , also when she was about 8 months i also tried giving the 2% regular milk and the same problem occured , her dr. says i shouldnt switch her but i cant stand seeing her suffer what can i do ?

Child of 1 year can normally get accustomed to regular cows milk.
So switching to regular cows milk is all that is required
