What Is The Remedy To Control Tsh Level?

I HAVE A THYROID PROBLEM,AFTER TAKING THYRONORM FOR 4 MONTHS NOW,MY T3 AND T4 IS IN RANGE BUT TSH IS STILL FROM 116 DOWN TO 7.6,MY DOSE WAS 75MG NOW 87.5MG,
THE PROBLEM IS THAT DESPITE CONTROL ON MY DIET,AND GOING TO THE GYMN FOR 2HRS A TIME 4 TIMES A WEEK,MY LDL IS STILL 150 AND HDL 40, I WANT TO KNOW HOW SOON CAN MY TSH COME IN NORMAL AND HOW,AND WILL IT HELP MY LDL

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

From your history it suggest that you may have hypothyroidism.
You are taking thyronorm but your TSH is still high and you still have hypothyroidism. You need to increase the dosage of your thyronorm according to advise. It take approx. 6 weeks for drug effects.

Your LDL and HDL has no relation with thyronorm.
