Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

See, first of all for the albumin trace in urine- it is not yet alarming. Diet modification should be done. Check blood pressure, blood sugar and get a repeat urine test done after 15-20 days. If any of the reports is impaired, drug therapy may be started.
Whereas for the TSH increase, I guess there is somewhat decreased T3 T4. In that case, levothyroxin or eltroxin at a dose of 50mg daily single dose should be started.

Give me a feedback after 20 days.
Hope this was helpful.
Regards
