Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lump in upper thigh and upper arm could be traumatic, benign lesion or malignant lesion.
Since, there is no history of trauma, benign or malignant lesions are the other possibilities.
A benign lesion usually presents for log duration of time, is not associated with pain, and is usually asymptomatic.
To assess the nature of these two lesions, some investigations are required.
An ultrasound will help to know the origin of the lesion.
Further an aspiration cytology of the lesion is required.
In aspiration cytology, cells from the lesion are aspirated using a needle, cells are spread on slide and stained by appropriate stains.
On examination of the cells the origin and nature of the lesion can be determined.
further management will depend on the results of the investigations.
Management usually consists of surgical removal of the lesion.

Thanks and take care
