Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear
welcome to the HCM
Respiratory track infection with wheezy bronchitis seem to be the diagnosis.
He requires nebulization with some bronchodilator drug. along with antihistamine decongestant, analgesic medicine.
On evaluation by your pediatrician he may be given antibiotics to cover the community acquired infection.
steam inhalation to be considered for a long time.
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
