hello sir, i am 22years old(female) on my back i will be getting pimples and after the pimple go the dark marks is remind their from 1 month back it has become more sir wht ever i do even after consulting doctor also that marks are not going it is very bad looking pls help me out by this .even the pimple is also cuming and going what shall i do sir pls pls suggest me smething

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

Acne can involve face, trunk, chest and shoulders (all these areas are rich in sebaceous glands).

If I was your treating doctor I would have asked you to use a topical benzoyl peroxide cream 4% (Brevoxyl cream) twice daily over the whole affected area. Benzoyl peroxide is antibacterial and keratolytic as well as has a bleaching action, thereby reducing black spots as well.

Since you keep getting new acne, therefore your acne activity would benefit from simultaneous use of oral antibiotics e.g either doxycycline or azithromycin.
