What Is The Remedy For The Headaches, Rattling Sound While Breathing And Cold Arms?

Hi my husband hasn t been feeling well. Yesterday he had to leave work with light sensitivity, head hurting and he has been developing a persistent cough. Tonight I heard a rattling sound while he was breathing and his arms feel cold and almost slimey. He cant seem to rest, and he has tried sitting up and propping himself up but he is still coughing. What should we do?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Headache, cough and rattling sounds points towards sinusitis with descending infections.
In a simplified manner I can explain it like this. The bad sputum collected in your sinuses is dripping down, causing cough and lower respiratory infection.
Start with steam inhalation which is the easiest and best remedy. But if things are getting worse it is best to consult a specialist and start on antibiotics.
