What Is The Remedy For Swelling In Glans When On Corticosteroid?

I am suffer from swelling in glans and prepuse wich is gradually progressive not relieved by topical application of corticosteroid .. dilated vein in glans and prepuse and wrinkling of forskin no tenderness and pain in prepuse and penis.. please tell me about probale cause.

dear sir in my opinion I guess you may be suffering with some kind of infection.in some conditions the use of steroid my increase chance of infection .so I suggest you to meet your dermatologist for further works up.indiscriminate use of steroids will cause lots of health problems.
