What Is The Remedy For Shortness Of Breath?

I am a 54 female, 5 ft tall and 240 lbs. I know that I am over weight. I have been drinking green smoothies 2 - 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks. Over the past three months I have been experiencing shortness of breathe and sometimes pain radiating on my left side---which seems to come from my backside. I believe its gas because I am burping when it happens. This morning until now I felt a tightening almost like a vice grip off and on.

Gone through Your history.How ever get your bp checked. Blood test including serum cholesterol lipid profile be done. Ecg has tobe taken. Get report analysed and if any problem Get proper treatment. Reduce your weight by regular exercise and diet cotrol. You will improve with these precaution.
