Hello dear,

Welcome to healthcaremagic.

I have read your query and understood your concern.

Such rash involving face and arm can be :

1) infective: fungal/ bacterial

2) allergic:

I will advice you to attach some pics of the lesions involving both face and arms so that i can visualize the lesions and make the correct diagnosis.

The face and upper arm lesions may be related or may not be related at all.

kindly also tell me the duration of lesions and how the lesions started?

Please reply to my questions and attach pics so that i can advice you further.

Stay healthy.
