What Is The Remedy For Rash On The Tip Of Penis?
My husband is 47 yrs old & uncircumcised. About 6 weeks ago while having sexual intercourse, afterwards he discovered that he had 3 small but wide cracks on his foreskin of his penis. He has tried many creams & we have stopped the sexual intercourse since then. But everytime he pulls the foreskin back to urinate, it keeps cracking & will not heal. When he pulls the skin back to the tip of the penis, it says it feels very tight & very sore and some times he gets a small red rash on the tip of the head of the penis. We do not know what to do

Based on the facts and symptoms that you have posted your husband has infection of Foreskin and Glans penis (Ballano Posthatitis .
In most of the cases this is a presenting symptom of type 2 diabetes.
Please get his blood sugar levels test on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch to rule out /confirm the same
In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Augmentin and anti fungal medication Fluconazole twice daily along with topica anti fungal cream like Candid cream for local application .
If problem persists even after treatment for 10 days he will need to consult qualified General Surgeon and get circumcised .
