What Is The Remedy For Persisitent Mucous In My Chest When On Advair?
I have persistant mucus in my upper chest, and cough all the time to get it out. Mucus is at times like foamy minus. At times in the middle of the night I wake up coughing for at least a half hour spitting up this mucus, and am incontinent with this. I am on advair twice daily, I take it before bed.

Get chest x ray done to see for the condition of lungs.
You might require anti bacterial antibiotic.
Get physician reference.
In addition take mucolytics and expectorants. You can take
Ambroxol, dextromethorphan etc cough syrups.
