i am having pain and aches in right side of my body and also weakness in my body

hello welcome to healthcare magic. You have not mentioned how old you are , anyother symptoms and if you have any illnesses that you know of. In a person with no known illnesses, your aches and weakness may be due to a viral illness ( common cold, flu, dengue, gastroenteritis). Are you experiencing any fever? loss of appetite? are you on any medication? Is the pain mostly in the chest, abdomen , legs or arms? Infections involving the chest or abdomen can result in a feeling of weakness as well.
In an older person or even a younger person with predisposing illness, stroke would have to be considered if the weakness is on one side and there is problems related to movement of that side.
