Pain in the anus with feeling of something coming out and inability to seat properly can be due to the following reasons: Fissure in ano with sentinel pile that is skin tags. Prolapsed piles with or without thrombosis and edema, that is hemorrhoids and tus getting the pain. I would advise you the following: Get an examination done by a General Surgeon including ano=proctoscopy and colonoscopy to get the most proper cause and a plan for management. If there is a fissure in ano, the treatment would be as follows. Sitz bath in a tub with warm water. Laxatives to keep stools soft and easily passing out. Relax, keep away the stress and anxiety. If the cause is piles, then you may need an additional surgery to excise the piles.
