What Is The Remedy For Nausea With Dizziness?

I am a 28 year old female smoker, experiencing nausea, mild spells of dizziness, and lack of energy for the past three days. I have a low grade fever and I am wondering if my body just needs to be cleansed and if so can I take something today and it starts to make me feel better? Today is my birthday.

Thanks for the query

I highly recommend that you see your doctor for nausea and giddiness as there are various differentials for it. However for now you can take tab vertin for the giddiness and tab ondansetron for the nausea
