What Is The Remedy For Manganese Piosoning?

My husband 67 has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease - he has since had an MRI that reveal he has had a number of silent strokes - he has worked in exploration for the past 35 years with exposure to all chemicals including manganese. I have read that manganese poisoning can cause these symptoms - can this be reversed.
Thank you
