What Is The Remedy For Low Temperature?

Hi, doctor I am concerned my husband has the flu it started with a fever of 104 4 days ago, and today he feels better but very tired and I just took his temperature and it was 96.2 which is very low, this never happened before, what is wrong? I am very concern. Thank you Chris

Thanks for writing in.

Body temperature is usually normal at 98.6 degrees. If he is recovering from flu then there may be a slight fluctuation in body temperature. Please keep him warm and give him proper foods. You may check his temperature again after sometime.
