What Is The Remedy For Loose Motion?

I have been pooping water for over a week now. I cant take a drink of anything or a bite of something or move without having to go. Yesterday and today are the onlys two days i have taken a bite or a drink of something and my whole stomach hurts from boths to top to bottom. I have tried different medications for dierriha and it doesnt help. Ive tried drinkin alot of water or sprite to help with the upset feeling and it doesnt help. Should i be concerned or let my body do its thing?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have diarrhea since one week....
It is mostly acute gastroenteritis....

You have not eaten well since then....
According to my suggestion consult physician .....

He will take your pulse and check dehydration by skin elasticity and your physical examination....

If dehydration more then rehydration needed by normal saline infusion...

Drink more water....with ORS ....
Hot boiled water taken....

Gradually adopt diet...
First fruit juice and semisolid diet only taken....
Ofloxacin or cefpodoxime like antibiotic given...
If needs metronidazole added.....

If still no benefit stool culture done.
Stool examination also done for parasites....

USG done....
Take care....
