What Is The Remedy For Itchy Heat Boils?
Hi Doctor, I have got some skin problem. It starts with small over heat boils, and then it itches the skin (iching will be more sometimes), followed by becoming black spots over the body. Mostly its will be on thighs, legs below knees and stomach back side and little on shoulders. I have dry skin and not using specific ointments. I am having black spots remained and would like your suggestion. Thank you

I would think of superficial folliculitis, which is bacterial infection of the hair follicles.
I would advice that you get a prescription for an oral antibiotics from your local practitioner (penicillin group of antibiotics e.g amoxycillin) for a week.
A topical OTC antibacterial ointment e.g 2% mupirocin twice daily for a few days would help in addition to oral antibiotics.
Use an antibacterial soap for bath e.g triclosan conatining soaps are very good antibacterial soaps.
