What Is The Remedy For Hair Fall?

hi am rohit, age 24, am experincing hairfall from six months ,i got enough hair left,but the thing is i want to stop hairfall,i consulted dermatologist he suggested me fenasteroid ,i came to know abou tat steroid and side effects,i refused to take tat ,is their any medicine without sideeffect to stop hairfall?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hairfall can occur due to a number of causes like fungal infection, stress, long standing illness, nutritional deficiency, pattern baldness causes due to androgenic hormones and genetics,hormonal imbalances, side effects of certain medications and hair cosmetics etc..
As far as using Finesteride is concerned, it reduces hairfall by suppressing androgenic hormones and can cause temporary loss of libido but is not a steroid rather a steroid inhibitor..
In case if you do not want to use if you can use Saw Palmetto as it has the similar action but does not reduce libido..
You can start applying Minoxidil lotion over the scalp..
You can also start taking biotin and multivitamin supplements..
Apply warm coconut oil to scalp and gently massage the scalp..
You can take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits..
In case of no improvement in a month consult a Trichologist and get evaluated..
