What Is The Remedy For Gas Problems?

I an ONE week from having laparoscopy title hysterectomy.my problem is having really bad gas still.been my problem since I came home outpatient.spasms.taking stool softener.pain is a little did a enema this morning bladder soreness while urinating.is this normal?

Hi,

Constipation is pretty common condition and it may not be due to any ill condition. In my opinion try to avoid taking enema because it can only be given in pathological condition of constipation and prior to some procedure, but you can try fiber containing diet, drink more water, and Isabgol powder. Post surgical even are always there and it may go away without any treatment.
