Hi, I am sorry you are feeling like this. There are a few possible reasons for your symptoms 1. Viral infection: These can often present with a multitude of symptoms that are often non specific. Viral infections usually improve on their own and do not need antibiotics 2. Urinary tract infection: Pain in the lower back with chills and diarrhea could be due to a urinary infection. The first thing there is to get a urine analysis looking for white cells and bacteria. If you have an infection you may need oral or intravenouls antibiotics depending on the severity of the infection At this time, I would recommend 1. Plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated 2. Get a urine analysis- urine microscopy with culture to rule out an infection 3. Since urinary infection particularly if it involves the kidneys is quite a serious condition if not treated promptly, I would recommend you also see a primary care doctor as soon as possible to rule out infection.
