What is the remedy for gas and constipation ?

Dear doctor , I am suffering from a gas and constipation for almost a month. it started with acid reflex. once its gone, i immediately developed constipation. my abdomen is swollen and in a way that i can not do Yoga the way i could do 3 weeks ago. I am taking probiotic yogurt to get relief and i do get some stool but not completely. I exercise. and stopped eating all the foods which may cause gas. But i am not getting relief. isabgul did not help at all. I am 90% vegetarian and eat chicken sometimes. i am drinking lot of water too. but nothing is helping. i am eating spinach, methi, vegetables. not having coffee, tea, milk. Its almost a month and i am very disturbed. i burp and have constipation. please advise me. I am 30 yrs old, female, 70 kilos.. never had any health issue. I am taking lemon everyday.what else should i do.

thanks for query,
If your stool has got acid ph then also you can have constipation.
Take tab. Omiprazole or Ocid daily for few days.this will make your stool alkaline and there wont be constipation.
Do some abdominal exercise which will increase your peristalsis movement will remonve constipation.
Take more green veggies and fresh fruits like papiTa,watermelon,banana.

take regular exercise ,balanced healthy diets .use medicines to get relief from constipation
you may take sorbilin 4 tsf in empty stomach in morning .and 2 glass of luke worm water to drink
consult physician and get a check up and tests done as advised and take treatment till you are all right

it seems that you might have acid stool causing constipation,
Take Omiprazole or Ocid daily for few days which will make your stool alkaline and remove constipation.
Do some abdominal exercise which will increase peristalsis movement of intestines and remove constipation.
Take more green veggies containing more roughage and fresh fruits like Papita,watermlon,bananas etc.
Reduce your weight.
Do regular exercise like running,swimming, jogging.
