As per your query you have symptoms of severe middle ear infection and ear ache which is due to disturbance in Eustachian tube pressure. It could be due to accumulation of wax and fluids in ear. I would suggest you to take antibiotics and oral decongestants. You should put nasal decongestant drops and nasonex nasal sprays as well. Maintain ear clean and don t prick it with any sharp object. Avoid blowing if you have nose infection as well as it can lead to fall of mucus in throat and further infection. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined.
